A RESOLUTION

WHEREAS:

Joan Sullivan has served the students as the Journalism
Co-Rep since September 1982, and,

WHEREAS:

Joan's performance in UCSU has been exemplary. Her humor,
dedication, intelligence, and ability to compromise has further
enchanced council and her positions as Chair on Appropriations
and Elections, and,

WHEREAS:

We are in debt to her for the New Election Code and,

WHEREAS:

Vince will go crazy without her balance and input,
We the Students of the University of Colorado Student Union do
Resolve that:

Section 1:

We wish Joan all the luck in her future endeavors and want her to
know she will be missed.

Section 2:

This Resolution goes into effect on passage.
