BILL SUMMARY
Directs the Election Committee to draft amendments to the UCSU Election Code
to disallow advertising at polling stations.
BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

The UCSU Election Committee shall draft legislation amending
the UCSU Election Code to prohibit any advertising at the polling
stations. The Election Code amendments shall specify that
nothing but voting takes place at the polling stations.

SECTION 2:

Drafts in bill form of these proposed amendments to the Code
shall be submitted by the Election Committee to Executive
Council before June 30, 1985.

SECTION 3:

The UCSU President Pro-Tempore shall make sure that this bill
is enforced by communicating it to the Election Committee and
by warranting that the Election Committee drafts and submits the
proposed amendments before this deadline.

SECTION 4:

This legislation shall take effect upon passage.
