Currently the Tuition Freeze Steering Committee has outlined a "plan of attack" for spring, including in-depth research, media events, and the writing of many letters-to-the-editor and editorials. As was discovered during the fall, many other forms of publicity are also needed to "get the word out" and let students and administrators know we are serious. The 2nd Student General Assembly has been set for January 28, 1987, and publicity in the form of flyers, posters, etc., will be necesssary, as well as for other events planned throughout the semester. The Tri-Executives picked up costs for the entire campaign in the fall, and now it is Council's turn to act in the interest of students and financially support the Tuition Freeze Campaign for the Spring of '87. BILL SUMMARY This Bill allocates $1,709.17 from Central Reserve, to fund publicity and ssentials for the Spring, 1987 Tuition Freeze Campaign.
