BILL HISTORY

February 1986 KUCB (formerly KAIR) expensed approximately $250.00 to enable
the only campus radio station to be heard in the UCSU office. The money was
spent out of the KUCB budget at the request of UCSU Executive Council. At that
time Executive Council promised to buy a receiver and speakers as their part of
the agreement. These items have yet to be purchased. Executive Council should
follow through on their agreement to KUCB.
BILL SUMMARY

This Bill allocates $199.99 including GAR to fund the purchase of a receiver and
two speakers.
BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:

SECTION 1:

An amount not to exceed $199.99 including GAR be placed in
a special account to purchase a receiver and two speakers.

SECTION 2:

The receiver will be permanently set at 530AM which is the
frequency for KUCB, the only campus radio station.

SECTION 3:

This Bill takes effect upon passage.
