BILL SUMMARY
Student referendum to determine the legitimacy of parties in the UCSU election
process.
BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student ·
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

The following shall be inserted on the Fall 1987 Ballot
as a binding referendum: "Should UCSU change its election
code to disallow party affiliations in the UCSU election
process?

SECTION 2:

The UCSU election commissioner shall place the above
referendum on the Fall 1987 ballot.

SECTION 3:

This bill takes effect upon passage.
