BILL SUMMARY In order to change the Constitution, a plebicite must occur. BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student Union, THAT: SECTION 1: The following question shall be place on the Fall 1988 UCSU election ballot: "Do you approve of the following UCSU Constitutional change: Article I Section B: to read "Membership of this association shall consist of all student registered for at least 6 credit hours and paying full student fees at the University of Colorado, Boulder?
