Administration A BILL Tracy Wahl - BILL HISTORY Transportation to and from campus, as well as parking on campus and near the hill has become problema tic. The campus has several students groups that has expressed interest ln this problem. A contest, similar to last years wetlands contest will motivate students to design realistic solutions to these problems. BILL SUMMARY The bill will provide prizes for a contest to be held in the next three weeks. Deadline will be January 27th. Advertising will begin the week precedeing Thanksgiving. Judges will include a rep from legislative council, rep from exec. staff, campus planner, rep from C.U. administration, faculty rep. The objective will be to design a feasible solution to alleviate central campus parking problems by decreasing the number of student, faculty and staff that drive to central campus (UMC area). BE IT ENACTED by the Legislative Council of the University of Colorado Student Union, THAT: SECTION 1: The amount needed for prizes will total $400. $200 for first and two $100 second prizes. $100 will be allocated for advertising. SECTION 2: A written statement of rules, regulations will be submitted to Legislative Council.
