BILL HISTORY
CU Golden Key National Honor Society is going to send 2 members to the societies
national conference in Atlanta, Georgia August 10 - 13. The convention will
present several workshops on many important subjects, including chapter planning,
officer training and implementation of chapter activities and personal skill
workshops.

CU Golden Key hope the convention will provide knowledge on the management of
their quickly expanding chapter and improve their visibility (and the University's)
on a national level (their will be 124 chapters reresented at the convention). CU's
chapter President, Vice-President and Advisor will present workshops at the
convention and the chapter hopes to receive an award at the conventions honors
banquet.
BILL SUMMARY
This bill shall allocate $516.00 + GAR for R/T transportation of 2 members of C U
Golden Key Na tiona! Honor Society to Atlanta, Georgia for the Societies Annual
National Convention August 10 - 13.
BE IT ENACTED by the Legislative Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:

SECTION 1:

An amount not to exceed $516.00 + GAR will be allocated
from Legislative Council Central Reserve to CU Golden Key
Na tiona! Honor Society for 2 R/T air line tickets to Atlanta,
Georgia.

SECTION 2:

A written report will be submitted pursuant to 24 ECB 1/4.

SECTION 3:

This bill will become effective upon passage.
