This year the main problem is the "reorganization" of staff due to "budgetary necessity. 11 The effects of possible reorganization may lead to custodians being assigned additional areas of work without any type of compensation. BILL SUMMARY supports beneficial changes in the conditions of both the custodians and Facilities Management. ucsu BE IT ENACTED by the Legislative Council of the University of Colorado Student Union, THAT: SECTION 1: UCSU condemns the idea of "reorganization" without appropriate compensation. SECTION 2: UCSU demands beneficial changes for custodians and Facilities Management.
