The wording of 33EB.5 was insufficient.
The intent was to place
a referenda on the 1990 ballot and due to the insufficient wording
that question will not be placed on the ballot.
BILL SUMMARY
A referenda will be placed on the Fall 1990 ballot for voters to
approve the removal of Coors products from the UMC and denying
Coors funding of; any UCSU event.
BE IT ENACTED by the Legislative council

A referenda will be placed on the Fall 1990 ballot
for voters to approve the removal of Coors products
from the UMC and denying coors funding of any ucsu
event.

SECTION 2:

Do you support removing Coors products from the
UMC and denying Coors funding of any ucsu event?

A referenda will be placed on the Fall 1990 ballot
for voters to decide on the name of the Events
center.

SECTION 4:

Do you oppose naming the cu Events Conference center

SECTION 5:

section 2.
