Over the past years the UCSU By-Laws have become a little bit cluttered with programs, and random
additions that no longer have a point. The purpose of this bill is to begin the process of cleaning out the
By-Laws.
Bill Summary
Remove unnecessary wording from the UCSU By-Laws.
THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED: By the Legislative Council of the University of Colorado Student Union
THAT:

Section 1:

Remove Article IV “UCSU Internship Program”

Section 2:

Remove from Article VII.B.1 “an Outreach Committee, a Committee for Diversity, and a
Fee Waiver Committee”

Section 3:

This bill takes effect upon passage.
