Bill History
As outlined by the Election Code it is the responsibility of the Elections Committee to make amendments to the Election code. Being so, the Election Committee has reviewed and agreed upon the following. We feel that the following amendments will help to ensure that the election process will run in a calm, efficient and fair manner.

Bill Summary
This bill seeks that the proposed amendments to the Election code will be approved and put in action upon passage to ensure that the UCSU election process runs in an efficient manner not only for the Spring 2006 UCSU election but also for future UCSU elections.

THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED, by the Legislative Council of
the
Section 1: The following amendments were authored and agreed upon by members of the Spring 2006 Election Committee.
Section 2: The following proposed amendments were developed in order to ensure that the Spring 2006 and future UCSU elections run efficiently and with the least amount of confusion as possible.
Section 3: This bill takes effect upon passage.
