Bill History

The Student Fee Regulations are to be reviewed at least once a year as stipulated in SFR section 10.0. The changes on the attached SFR’s have been reviewed by an Ad-Hoc Committee and the Finance Board.

Bill Summary

Whereas: The SFR’s are required to be reviewed at least once a year and changes have been made.

THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED:

Section 1: The attached revised version of the SFR’s shall replace any existing SFR document.

Section 2: This bill shall take effect upon passage by the Legislative Council and upon either obtaining the signatures of two Tri-Executives or the elapse of six days without action by the Tri-Executives.
