CEB Bylaw Changes

CEB has reviewed their bylaws, as is customary on a regular basis, and has come up with several amendments.

Bill Summary

Whereas: CEB found the following changes to the CEB bylaws beneficial to student groups and the functioning of CEB.

THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED:

Section 1: The attached revised version of the CEB bylaws shall replace any existing CEB bylaw document, with all text in blue deleted from the bylaws, and all text in red added to the CEB bylaws.

Section 2: This bill shall take effect upon passage by the Legislative Council and upon either obtaining the signatures of two Tri-Executives or the elapse of six days without action by the Tri-Executives.
